Teacher Training & Professional Development
SGOA provides comprehensive teacher training programs that equip educators with modern teaching methods, inclusive education practices, and student-centered learning approaches. Over 500 teachers have been trained across Kandahar, Kabul, and Faryab provinces.

In areas where formal schools are inaccessible, SGOA establishes community-based education centers. These centers serve children aged 6-14, providing accelerated learning programs and basic literacy and numeracy skills. Each center is staffed by trained community educators.
Inclusive Education
SGOA ensures that children with disabilities have equal access to quality education. Our inclusive education programs provide accessible learning materials, adaptive teaching strategies, and awareness sessions for parents and community leaders.
