Teacher Training Program Expands Across Kabul

SGOA launches a new phase of teacher training to strengthen education quality in Kabul province. Over 500 educators will receive professional development in modern teaching methods, inclusive education practices, and student-centered learning approaches. The program builds on previous successes in Kandahar province and expands to reach more schools in underserved areas. Literacy Program Reaches 2,000 Children in Kandahar

Community-based literacy centers established by SGOA are promoting inclusive education for crisis-affected children in Kandahar.The centers operate in remote areas where formal schooling remains limited. Each center serves approximately 100 children aged 6-14, providing accelerated learning programs, basic literacy and numeracy skills, and psychosocial support. Over 2,000 children have enrolled across 20 centers since the program began.
